Yes! I use overhead bars for balance and control, so I'm not just standing on you or anything like that. The broad surface of my foot lets me apply deeper pressure more comfortably than my hands or elbows ever could. I know it sounds weird until you try it. For the Deep Release sessions, you're draped just like regular massage—whatever you're comfortable with under the sheet. If you're dealing with something chronic that's been there for months or years, coming weekly for the first month usually makes the biggest difference. After that, most of my clients settle into every 2-4 weeks to keep things from building back up. We can figure out what makes sense for you and your schedule. There's no required frequency or package you have to commit to.
